PAYMENT PROCEDURE
For the projects below $100 requires full payment in advance.
All projects above $99 requires a 50% advance of the total cost upon project start.The remaining need to pay only after the alpha release on the testing server.Once payment is made we will transfer the whole site in to yourdomain.

REFUND
No refund is allowed once project is started. However if there is a situation, we may offer a equivalent worth of services.

FREE
We offer 1 year (life time for most of the clients) FREE support for all web design, ecommerce, flash projects. Besides the support we also offer FREE basic SEO service.

MAINTENANCE
Our free technical support / free maintenance / free SEO services will be dicontinued as soon as you appoint a 3rd party administartor/compnay. We will not be responsible for any issues in part or full. We will also not be responsible for the design/images/graphics/code/scripts/layout/plugins/content/etc. Any technical issues there after must be solved at your end. However You may request us for a quote if you want us to fix such issues arise.

PROJECT TERMINATION
Any project which is inactive for 25 days or more in terms of emails or other mode of communication consider cancelled. All cancelled project will be consided finished and need a "start over" if the client want to continue.

COPYRIGHT
We assume that any images/content/document etc provided by client has permission from the rightful owner to use and will hold harmless, protect, and defend creative-t from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements.

creative-t.com may display a screen shot of the artwork in our portfolio section. We also retains the right to place a text link on the bottom of every website we create.

At any point of time we have the right to change our policies without prior notice to existing clients aswell as new clients.
